Minnie graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in fine arts and philosophy, politics, and economics.  

Currently, she works as the Lead Animation Researcher for Penn Animation as Research Lab. Previously, she worked for the content team at PBS KIDS. She also taught animation in an after-school art program at Sayre high school with LensBright.
